At present distributors for Kodak Pre press products from Feb 2005 and HP- digital printing products Oct 2005

We have a high market share in the two product lines that we deal in and are number 1 in both Pre press and digital printing segment with 40 to 45% market share.
Our client base is over 1200 installations and 30% repeat business.

We have opened offices close to our customer base to serve their needs better. We have 6 service centers in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune
Spare parts are stored in India to keep uptime the highest possible.
To better serve our customers we have an online complaint and service tracking portal. This allows registration and monitoring of calls online and anytime. This will also allow our customer to log in and register their service request themselves at a future date.
